Coastal Wildlife Cruise

Persons traveling on Princess, Royal Caribbean, and Celebrity cruise lines who wish to go on our early summer bear tour which we call the "Coastal Wildlife Cruise" should make their reservations directly through their cruise line. Persons traveling on Norwegian cruise lines can only book this tour by contacting us directly. This tour is available on most cruises from May 9th through July 24th, 2012 and through the end of the season on the Century and Star Princess as well as certain sailings of the Golden Princess, Radiance of the Seas and Millenium.

Neets Bay Bear Cruise

Persons traveling on Princess, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity and Norwegian cruise lines who wish to go on our "Neets Bay Bear Cruise" should also make their reservations directly through their cruise line.

• Celebrity Cruises Tour "KE-54" Available July 29 - September 16
• Norwegian Cruise Lines "KTN-64" Available July 27-September 21

On limited dates persons traveling independently in groups can charter the "West Rock" for tours at the following rates*:

• Bear Tours in May through early July - 3 1/2hours - $165 p/p - 6 persons minimum
• Remote Beach Tours - 3 to 3 1/2 hours - $135 p/p - 6 persons minimum
• Sea Lions and Whale Tour - 4 hours - $189 p/p - 6 persons minimum
• Neets Bay Bear Viewing Tour - 4 3/4 hours - $229 p/p - 6 persons minimum
• Misty Fjords Tour - 6 hours - $245 p/p - 8 persons minimum

For custom tours or groups of more than 10 persons the West Rock may be chartered for $399 per hour (maximum 16 persons).

*Prices do not include 6% local sales tax.

To reserve the West Rock for your tour group please send us an e-mail at westrock@kpunet.net or call 907-225-8000. When you write please be sure to let us know what day and ship you will be arriving in Ketchikan on.

Given the short operating season in Alaska, our business depends on advance reservations. To secure your reservation we ask for a deposit equal to 50% of the tour price and the balance 30 days prior to the date of your tour. Payment may be made by Visa or Mastercard. Refunds for cancelled tours will be made on a limited basis. We will immediately refund 100% of the tour price if your tour is cancelled by us due to weather conditions, breakdowns or other reasons within our control. We will also refund 100% of the tour price if you need to cancel for reasons beyond your control such as illness or delays caused by other transportation providers but only if you notify us as soon as possible in the circumstances and provide us with a written request including verification of the reason for the cancellation. This type of refund will be made within 7 days.
